No one wants that product Rochard. Variations have been on the market for around 10 years. There are a few problems, primarily windows was not designed to be used via touch. Hence it is a disgusting, clunky, ugly experience compared with Android or iOS. Another problem is the size and weight. The actual tablet is HUGE! And when docked as a laptop it is also very large. The weight compared to a modern android system or ipad2 would be laughable.
The idea of combining a tablet and laptop is a very bad idea, especially if it is running an OS not written with touch in mind. It's a kludge of device brought out as a reaction to the rapidly growing tablet market. And it won't be on sale very long I imagine.
Hope that helps
