Just to be clear, this is a 30 day ratio over many joins and quite a bit of traffic - so it can be considered very accurate...

We didn't post anything positive or negative on the situation because we were still hoping to get to a good resolution before we announced anything. I wanted to wait till everything was at a better place as to save something like this from happening but I guess in this case that didn't work out. If there is one thing I have learned the hard way in this business it?s you should try and work things out before you open your mouth so I had remained quiet for the last couple weeks on it trying to do that. Again I would have kept mine closed but I have now had Adri try and make me and my company look bad when I did nothing wrong to her then I had her new Photo guy solicit a bunch of my members last week trying to sell her new site and then top that off with you coming into my post and trying to sell her new site enough was enough. I don't want to keep going back and forth on this it only makes it harder for both of us to sell Adri but you don't know her like I do so for you to sit and act like you do is ridiculous to say the least. I know you just want to make money with her and I respect the fact that you are sticking up for her but she fools people very easy she did it to me and all my employees. We thought we knew her very well and we too also believed everything she was saying she was just too sweet not to, but boy did we learn the hard way.

If you start your own thread promoting your new site with Adri I won't have anything to say about it she is now your model not mine and I would never try and make you look bad. I won't go in and say anything negative or try to offers special deals or convince people to promote my Adri site at all. The only way you will ever see me in one of your Adri posts is if you are saying negative things about me or my company and that's it. I hope this is a good resolution and we can go back to promoting without all the drama. Melissa

What was uncalled for was you sticking your nose in her thread to promote Adri when you knew there were some issues... IMO (and I don't particularly like Mellisa) what she did was perfectly reasonable given your classless act.

Melissa, this will be my last post in THIS THREAD. It's starting to get comical.

I posted in YOUR thread, congratulating you and letting people know that Adri had her own site now and was no longer a part of your site. Told people who did well with Adri that we would love to work with them ALSO.

You responded immediately in post 33 by bashing Adri. Saying she was lazy, difficult to work with, couldn't get along with other employees, is unreliable, a thief, and that she has many serious problems thus making her unstable.

You further went on to suggest to people that they should NOT do business with Adri or her new site because she is unstable. Melissa, if you don't think that is actionable, show it to your lawyer. Watch her cringe.

You also state above that you won't offer any special deals to promote Adri. Well, you already have. In the same post, you state that you are considering offering 75% to those who promote your Adri site. That sounds like a special deal to me.

So, I will bow out of YOUR thread now. So much went on that will most likely stay between all of us. I am certain that if some of the other facts came to light, you wouldn't be smelling so sweet. Although, I am sure in person you smell like roses on a country spring morning.

Adri never badmouthed Melissa - in fact she told me that Melissa was very nice. she had a problem with somebody else in Melissa's company she said.

Yes this is kind of true I mean she had a problem with EVERYONE for the most part that asked her to do something but Shane more specific he is my ex (for all of you that were hoping to get a date this is your chance I moved out a couple months ago lol)! He managed her more then I did for the fact that I was running my company, traveling for photo shoots doing promotions, bachelor parties and going to school. His job is also to make sure people are busting there butt everyday and doing what they are supposed to do, we never asked Adri to do anything that wasn't either explained to her at the beginning when she was hired or in her contract. I am working close to 80 hours a week but I still worked and shot with her a lot and always knew what was going on with her on a daily basis. A lot of what Shane asked her came from my mouth first. I think part of it was she wanted the control I had over my site and the money I made but I have been doing this for close to 5 years and work 80 hours a week and have for years. You have to put in your time before you can just expect to run everything and 10 hours a week and complaining most the time will not get you much I am sorry! Melissa

Melissa that is the problem - you are comparing Adri to yourself. You are a rare breed, what you and your ex went through with Adri if you do this again will just repeat itself over and over again - ask any of the webmasters/photogs who do this. It comes with the territory - you may luck out with a gem sometime but don't expect it. I have a feeling Adri might not be as bad as most models - if you got 100 sets out of her over 7 months you weren't doing badly at all. You cannot expect any model to have the maturity, discipline or work ethic you think she should have - you can expect it but it just won't happen 9 out of 10 girls.
