It's a valiant effort, but TBH I don't think anything will come of it.
If anyone out there remembers the "Nuremberg Files" Case, the Supreme Court found in their favor-

Cliff Notes: A site calling itself the Nuremberg Files published the names and addresses of doctors working at abortion clinics and accused them of crimes against humanity, even went as far as to make wanted posters.
3 doctors from the list were murdered. If the site's advocation of that violence was ever a question they went as far as updating the site's list of doctors to include a strike through on the ones that were being taken out.
I am very pro 1st amendment, but I believe sites like the Nuremberg Files cross a line and was disappointed with the court's decision. Posting it in this thread because while I don't agree with PWL I think the president set by the Nuremberg Files case may apply here, and that was a situation where people died.
Also in regards to HIPPA, I think if I understand it correctly the liability would lie with AIM, not PWL.
