Wrong AGAIN! If you tested at AIM, and were in the industry, you signed a waiver. The non-industry people who went to AIM for testing DID NOT, repeat
DID NOT SIGN ANY WAIVER! And now you are put on notice that you are knowingly sponsoring the website that, to this very day, is disseminitating ILLEGALLY OBTAINED medical records! Ask your lawyers about that.
