Yes, the anti-gay, anti-semetic, anti- anything other than white and straight language definitely makes it hate speech.
However it is a federal offense to compromise or exploit private medical databases, post pictures of children on an adult site, or link to a child's facebook page from an adult site. And about 45 other examples of how laws have been broken in a targeted attack against adult performers, with the most horrific attacks being directed towards members of the LGBT community, their supporters, and their families, which PWL defines as "The Gay Mafia".
