1) "First Amendment" rights apply to Americans IN America. The site is not hosted in America nor is the owner in America.
2) The country he supposedly is in has VERY strict libel law and is one of the most censored countries in the entire world. Example 1: You can be arrested and sued because you review a restaurant and state that the place was dirty or that the burger wasn't good, even though 100% true, it is still against the law to say such things.
So the First Amendment doesn't apply here. When he's back on US soil and hosting there as well, then your argument is valid.
