Yes they keep IP numbers of everyone who edits anything, and lists of repeat IP's that edit and get deleted for their future reference.

No, you can't assume that a username at that site is the same as a username on this site. However, as wiki tracks users and IP addresses on all edits, it wouldn't be too hard to track down who made the edits (which included not only comments about the wallet in question but also about a laptop).

Actually there have been other threads that she possibly could sue someone for. If it damages her name she can sue for it and I would not doubt it if she could sue for this wikipedia thing also. I am no attorney, but defamation of character is serious. Its very simple, libel or slander will get your ass in court real fast.
