So who had access to steal it, since she doesn't know you how do you suppose she managed to "steal it" from you.


        How would you feel if at the next convention she gives her credit card to one of her friends, they go pay for your room with it, and then she reports the card stolen, comes on her and tries to ruin your rep. Just because *someone* tried to pay for her room with you card and you people try to ruin someone, you have no proof she did it or was even involved with it.
        Doesn't matter if it was lost or taken out of your pocket.. Once the credit card was "used" it's considered stolen. His was used so it's now considered stolen.

            It does not matter what you believe or what you assume. The only thing that matters is what you can PROVE.

            Even if she does lose the booble competition, she would have a very difficult time PROVING that it was because of this thread.

            With these kinds of cases, you are looking at 20k minimum in legal fees for each side before the case ever saw the inside of a court room. Lisa (not saying that you would Lisa) could easily find a lawyer that would take something other than currency to cover his fee. It happens. One of my ex-models paid for her entire divorce and custody battle on her back and on her knees. Plenty of scumbag lawyers out there that would take this kind of payment.

            NOTE: In the above mentioned divorce and custody case, there may also have been some cowgirl and reverse cowgirl payments although I have not received confirmation of this. I have sent her an email to confirm. I will keep you posted.

                                    I wonder if the room charges were to say Lensman, or Lars, or someone of that level if Mike Hawk would have done the same thing, or if he would have contacted them and worked it out offline. I love the bro factor in this thread, if your down with the bros it stays quiet, if you're not you are outed with no real concrete proof. The damage is already done to Lisa, if/when she is proven to not be a part having Caz say sorry will not fix the damages that are done.

                                    Lisa's Wikipedia was updated saying she stole, people are bumping her old threads making comments, she's been called a ton of names in this thread. The thing with GFY is most people read over the drama thread once and that is what happened, they don't come back to see how it turned out. So to many people Lisa is a thief. And IF there is an apology thread I promise you it will not have nearly the amount of posts or views that this thread does.

                                    GFY is a great tool when used properly, this thread is not the case. The proper thing Mike should have done was say it's possible that it was stolen by someone in this industry and I'll let Caz break it down if he feels he wants to out the person. Not implicate a dozen people, and then let people go the process of elimination on it.

                                    I for one am sad this has happened, and am very sorry for Caz losing or having his wallet stolen. I hope it does all work out for him in the end. I also hope that Lisa is fully cleared just to see how much worse it looks for Mike, and it maybe will help people see they need facts before hitting submit on GFY.

                                            I really don't think the missing wallet is tied to the room charge.. it's just that the missing wallet is what got the room charge noticed...
