everytime I go the room has like 150 people in it and they are wittling down to 12

You don't have to make up shit. You do not need elaborate schemes, plots, fake injuries, dr notes, etc. You do not need to worry about it.
You most likely will not get picked anyways.
However they DO ask at some point in the selection process for 'unessesary hardship' type people. This includes those who are self employed and a one man show, or small office. As well as those with health conditions, transportation issues, and any number of other things.
You tell them you are self employed, and can't be out of the office for days/weeks at a time, etc. You are then dismissed.
