    Hi! Need a little help

    Hey guys, stumbled on this site a while ago and been reading through everything for some time now, just became a full member.
    I'm in the process of researching for a new site I had an Idea for.
    Was wondering if there was anyone I could talk to and esentially "Pick their brain" for a little bit, just got a few questions about this idea, Legality, CMS or just coded from ground up,design etc.

                      Basically Its a site where users can come and upload videos of themselves and sell them through the website per view/download, It would be free to come and upload videos the site only makes money when you do, takes an undetermined % out of each transaction.
                      Now as far as legality I know I would need everyone to upload a separate video of them signing a consent form of some kind along with us having the actual form. But it would be marketed as a chance for the user to make lots of money.
                      Any ideas on design, coded from ground up or use a CMS?
