Hey, some of you may remember me as a small amateur content producer on here, or just remembers me posting on GFY. I have not been active on these forums because I attracted some unwanted legal attention. I just wanted to post and say I am back and to fill you in on what happend with my legal case as a warning.

Without being too specific... I produced amateur content with consenting adults in a state that it is never prosecuted. We have some large porn distribution/shipping/other type companies located here along with many small producers and a few pornstars who have left cali to run their own sites.

I felt pretty safe... I thought, they won't mess with me, there are bigger fish to fry and there are people where I live who are doing things without proper ID and 2257 requirements so hey, I will be fine. (still consenting adults, they just didnt keep proper paperwork)

I was wrong!

I was brought to police attention due to unrelated activities online (that were neither here nor there) and basically when all was put together, I figured I must look like one bad character to some conservative law enforcement/legal people.

I then was under the impression that I was going to be charged with federal crimes from my conversations with legal/police etc because the internet is over state lines... luckily the state acted much quicker and the federal govt didnt take action.

I hired an amazing lawyer who was able to keep me from any life changing serious consequences and who was worth every penny (a whole lot of pennies).

Suffice it to say, I will not be using any cameras or anything of the such ever again for personal or business reasons if there is anything adult in nature involved - yes not even for fun in the privacy of my own home (its illegal where i live)!

I just wanted to say Hi again to everyone and give everyone a warning that YES IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU!

So what I was originally brought under investigation for was distributation which could be taken as haveing a website with nudy pictures on it (consenting adults). So anyone operating in the US, in a state where it is not considered legal, be careful. All you need to do is attract some unwanted attention and IT WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU, whether they prosecute those cases or not, they will look it up in the book and come up with something that seems to fit....

So long story short, my case is now over and im done with adult...

I am soon going to be launching a non adult social media traffic ad network as well as some dating traffic generating websites and of course I am an avid porn fan... so I will be around lurking...
