I'm curious how you came to that conclusion? Have you followed the trial very closely or are you basing that in emotional reaction to media coverage? Think carefully.

She is currently serving time on check fraud charges. She stole her friend's checkbook and emptied her bank account while the friend was out of town during those 31 days Caylee was missing. If anyone remembers the footage of her target shopping spree, that was on her friend Amy's dime.

They can sentence her to up to 4 years max for the 4 counts of lying to law enforcement. With good behavior she can be out in less than half that, or the judge can make the sentence run concurrent to her check fraud time, but I don't see that happening here.

Yeah. Maybe her grandparents will press charges too since she stole from them and the senior facility they were living at just before her daughter went "missing".

What's so sad is that given the fact her mother is a pathological liar, no one will probably ever discover what really happened to Caylee.

I saw Cindy, Casey's mother, smile when the verdicts were read. I don't think the parents are going to press charges.

Also I was wrong in my earlier post about her check fraud. She was sentenced to time served for that, so some of her time served can be attributed to the check fraud charges but not all of her time can be attributed to check fraud charges. More likely than not she will walk this week.
