Kitty abducted my daughter out of the country when the judge refused her full custody despite my consent. She also illegally sold the mercedes on finance to someone who broke it down into parts. Stole my computers and all our stock. Kitty is wanted by the police in tasmania (where she is from), a person of interest to nsw (sydney) police, and fled queensland before child welfare could assess her.

As for stalking her ... Kitty contacted me by phone from canada and the usa when i was living in sydney a few years ago saying she needed money. My biz partner and i sent her thousands (i have western union receipts for this). I also have phone records of kitty's calls from the usa. Icq logs where she initiates contact and asks for money and asks me to go to the passport office in sydney and sign a new passport for our daughter so she can leave the usa with her. I have records of this and docs from the dept. Of immigration.

Kitty, my daughter, and her other little girl flew into sydney and had me meet them at the airport and then stayed at my house in lane cove for a week. Kitty tried to frame me for stealing my own laptop from her which i had to produce a receipt for to chattswood police who have a very interesting profile of her. I bought it while she 2 years before she came back into australia.

Kitty has tried to destroy, steal and disadvantage me in any way she can. I did want to make sure my daughter was ok and made enquiries through the dept of immigration in 2005. I knew where kitty was yet made no effort to have her arrested or cause her any trouble.

As for facebook i have 1 account with 5k friends and started another one because 5k is the limit and i had another 800 friends to add. I don't even know what her current name is .... So how could i add her. Kitty has been toxic to me for a long time and the only reason i have allowed her to contact me is for my daughter. I live just down the road from kitty's mother and father .... I saw kitty's mother the other day in the street and we talked and i said i would take up the photos of her grand daughter (my daughter) i took when they were staying with me in lane cove, nsw (2009) after her departure from texas.

I have mountains of documents, photos, phone records and more to contradict her stalking and hateful claims. I wish the best for her and if kitty would have not continued with unprovoked hate attacks, and this, i would not have responded. There are 2 sides to every story. Kitty will not come back to tasmania because she has numerous outstanding police charges ..... There is much more that i could say yet i am not interested in using a mountain of ammo because what good can come of hate. Kitty has used, scammed, lied, and stolen from me more than i could imagine, and enough is enough. I have an appointment with my lawyer next week because being called her stalker (7 years) just wow

Yeppers and Kitty twisted it by saying what she did about me in this thread. I would not have even posted if I was not mentioned/lied about. I just heard she left her husband with no money, all businesses in her name etc more of the same!
