No, I wouldn't. Not for just a belief. I don't really care what other people think and im not going to die trying to push it onto them or change the way they think. Thats just stupid imo
Would you kill or die for something you believe in??

And what if some idiots were invading your country and in the process, shoving people against walls and shooting them (as in WW2 etc)?
Under these circumstances, I would get involved. Not for the "country" as such - more to oppose the killing. "Countries" are just an assemblies of wolf packs who can be manipulated by any idiot who happens to be in power - people are more relevant.
Another strange term is "defending our freedom"
Who the hell would have the slightest interest in "incarcerating" a nation and taking on the economic baggage, resistance and presumably attacks by other nations for their interference??? They'd have to be raving mad. OK.. The Third Reich attempted that - but *very* unlikely that scenario would arise - tho looking at the insanity of some current leaders, suppose anything is possible. "Defending our freedom" is, least in current times, no more than an excuse to rally masses along with labeling "evildoers" and pathetic appeals to patriotism.

Well, just to live and enjoy simple things that I enjoy and like. As long as I can enjoy doing things that I like to do and pursue my interests then I'm happy. As long as I can make money or have money, then that's enough for me to be able to do the things that I enjoy.
As for being alone, I'm used to being alone. I've been alone all my life and I actually don't enjoy being around people. I'd rather be alone anyways... Not everyone is sociable you know...
I can still find a lot of pleasure in life being alone. Even simple things like listening to music or surfing the internet can make me happy...Last edited by bausch; 07-18-2007, 01:42 AM.Comment
