Seconded - StatCounter is the bomb, and even gives you an invisible advert-free counter for nowt.

StatCounter is great, although the referrer log of the free version is limited, not that useful if you need extensive referrer stats.

As long as it has some referrer stats so I can check trhings like SE traffic etc.
