Since we're discussing civil law here, why the hell would you think that walking in to a public court room and trying to convince a jury or referee that you had a good case? Imagine the scenario of going in and saying that you are suing because on an ADULT WEBMASTERS FORUM CALLED GO FUCK YOURSELF you were attempting to solicit PORN PRODUCERS, ADULT WEBMASTERS and other everyday PORNOGRAPHERS a website whose content appears to be mainly ADULT DATING SITES AND PORN VIDEOS and people said bad things about your site. What manner of court are you planning on going to where they treat porn or those involved like the fine upstanding citizens we are?

In order to file a class action lawsuit you kind of need a group of people who are designated as a class by the common injuries or damages incurred by the plaintiff, so you'd kind of need to sue each person who was "libelous" and defamed you since each person in the suit is not involved with a single entity. Since there seems to be no one state the defendants will be located in you're looking at a federal case and good fucking luck on a civil case in federal court that has anything to do with defamation of your porn site not to mention the fact that defamation laws vary by state to state. Plus if anyone you'd like to sue happens to be out of the country and not governed by US law you're pretty well screwed there.

Also you mention that ************** is suing, but a website can't sue, are you the owner and legal rep of a legally registered company that owns and maintains the site? If your site is worth $120,000 like you claim, why do you think you'll get so much money for the implied damage of said domain?
