    Setting up a corporation, question.

i want to set up a corporation, and came across this site and it looks very professional and beautifully designed. So obviously the owner knows what he or she is doing on the webmaster and designing side of things.
But is this person reliable, in other words does anyone have experience with him/her in setting up a corporation? For instance, the owner could claim that he or she is, lets say a woman in her 30's, and then you find out you're talking to a crossdressing wackjob... this is an extreme example, but you know what I mean.

Get a lawyer referral in the country your doing business. Meet them in person. These corp. Formation companies offshore are a dime a dozen and often sleezy imho.

I always judge these companies by their slogans......nothing else.

You can tell a lot about a company by their slogan or catchphrase, and I defy you to find a better one than "a corporation c can set you free"?
