I can see where you're coming from... to a point. It might have been more relevant to say something like "hasn't updated templates" but posting a blanket statement like "hasn't posted
anything in many years" isn't too fair. We've updated our members content, our reseller content and our members area non-stop throughout "many years".
We have 100+ gallery templates at this point, and the last complaints we had gotten regarding the reseller program is that having this many templates makes it difficult to get the templates a reseller wants. This is a UX problem, I agree with that. As of right now, I don't have a solution for that problem. That's my fault. Being part of a small team makes tackling some issues difficult. In my opinion, and this is my 2 cents, making sure resellers are getting paid, making sure the members are happy (which keeps them recurring), and making sure the reseller's have the latest content takes priority. If I'm wrong on that, please let me know and I can realign my priority. I also realize that I might need help with this issue. Perhaps it's better to remove some templates from the system and add new templates? This cause also piss off some resellers. *shrug*

I'm not much of a fan for GFY drama and I try to avoid it as much as possible. But when something like this comes up, I want to address it. Let me finish by saying, I understand if you want new templates. That's fine. But I'm very open to communication and would have appreciated if you contacted me first before posting something as severe as this thread. It's not a big deal in the scheme of things, but sometimes users read a thread title and never follow up with it. That can be damaging. Anyway, I look forward to your email / call and hope we can work this out.
