Hmm, I just checked my stats and I noticed the same guy got declined 4 times, but was never approved. And those are my ONLY declines all month.
edit: I just looked further back, and that same guy has tried to sign up over 20 times, LMAO.
A bunch of them have "Anti Fraud (Level 1) - Repeated order (3 retries or more)" under the decline reason.
