My mom has been doing Yoga for all most 50 years, I have been doing it for around 10. My view is that people should stick to regular yoga which has been practiced for over 5000 years .
Bikram is some thing a guy came up with 25 years ago. Its like going to PF Chang to eat chines s food.Comment

I've done Bikram, but I wasn't crazy about it. There is an element of almost competitive/bootcamp mentality because Bikram (the guy) is all about yoga competitions, and a lot of teachers/people who are drawn to it end up being a little intense, and not in such a good way.
The dude who was teaching my first class was basically like a spinning instructor, yelling shit about how we all wanted "Beyonce coconut butts" and such. I don't mind that kind of tough love/inspiration when I'm doing an actual boot camp class, but it felt weird and wrong in a hot yoga class. I chalked it up to the particular teacher and went back probably like 5 more times, but it was always just a little too pushy for my liking.
I do generic "hot yoga" and I really love Moksha. Both are just less militant ways of doing yoga in a heated room. Obviously, to each his own, but Bikram had a weird vibe for me and I wouldn't do it again.Bright Desire - Smart, sensual porn.

Personally I just couldn't stand the smell of sweaty hot feet that pervaded the entire room and emanated from the floor mats.... and I visited 4 different places looking for one that didn't have that smell.
Did it once. Not doing it again.

I do it and love it. The hot sweaty women in the room are a plus!

Stick with regular Yoga. Bikram put me in the hospital once when I got super dehydrated the next day. It is not healthy to work out in a heated room for 90 minutes, unless you are in 100% tip top shape. I was in pretty good shape and had taken the class at least 10 times in the past. It was just a day that I was not 100% and it kicked my ass. I love regular Yoga, non-heated.Got Dating Traffic?

I did it once, never again. Maybe if I get carpal tunnel I will take your advice though.
I think being proactive is important with any desk job. I work for a couple hours, hit the gym, stretch, work on my laptop standing up for a little, take breaks, etc.
Regardless of whether Yoga helps alleviate symptoms, sitting in front of a computer for hours on in is simply not healthy.
