I never would have mentioned it because I wouldn't want to violate his privacy rights but since he mentioned it, I guess it is ok. Incidentally, he paid me back after only one month.

A few of my parthers have made 12-15k bids on it, but we never get a reply from Spiegelau or Moniker.

right now I would not reccomend them to buy, because I would never trust Spiegelau in any kind of deal.

I send one of the emails to support@moniker myself, with the usual escrow information, and got zero reply. I was in the room on two other people did made their own offers. We got Zero reply from that as well

The offers was $12500, 13400 and 15000

Then we started digging for information and as I posted in your other thread, we will not touch that domain regardless of the price now.

They were valid offers, made through the official channel, and we never got a reply.

We still havent recived any papers yet regarding the lawsuit you claim to have set in motion against us

Did you look at ************** income as he said and is really making $10,000 a month (i highly doubt it.)

The "hate" you are making reference to is a combination of things:

I deposit the full amount I offer to show the offer is valid. It also makes the deal a lot faster since the money is already there for the taking.

That does sound nice. If I was selling a name and you put up the appropriate amount in escrow, I know I would do everything possible to provide any and all information you need.

I imagine that is very effective.

When I get chicken shit offers, I don't do anything for the "buyer" because they've already proven that they are not serious.
