I don't agree with that......at least not entirely.
alright - so for the sake of argument, there are those on here that do survive and make some money from sig spot sales. I'll give you that.
but to honestly purchase content or sign up for an affiliate program based on a number count is in my opinion - down right silly. the new people entering into this market are dead in the water.
there are times that if you have some surfer/teenager sitting in their basement with no time in the world but to post - then do they suddenly become masters of GFY?
Sleazy pointed that out a few years back when he dropped his high post count and started all over again. didnt affect his sales or how people treated him.
myself - I can start up on any board from zero but my reputation as an individual and professional tends to get me more leads and business then waiting a few months to get over 5000 hits.
I can't believe that you would wish to do business with someone with a post count of 50k if they are negative, arrogant and mouth off at everyone around. There are those professionals in this industry that only drop by once in a while and are listened to - even worshipped when they have a post count under 500 even.
I do apologize for my fast response - but please enlighten me as to the power of higher post counts when it is factored into making deals and being professional

Please, please, please tell me you're not always this serious........I didn't
expect that in this thread I had to explain that this whole thread is utter
nonsense.....
The screenshot with the 3 posts and 2 postcount is 100% genuine....which
led to this joke.

honestly - for the 11yrs i've seen alot of posters in this bizz - i have to assume first they are serious and try and treat them as professional as i can - just my nature. i don't always succeed, but i try. sure you understand yourself.
Damn this thread is a big waste of time. I've posted multiple times within minutes of each other before and my post count didn't change. I didn't pay it any mind. I just figured it was cookied maybe on a 1 per every 15 minutes or something. If not, then some idiot could come and post a bunch of non sense just to raise his post count.
Either way, this is the second useless thread i've read today. The first one was the one about grilling in the driveway. Can i get a refund on the last 10 minutes of my life? lol
