I could never do the watch ... I also go torso on my HRM
which brings me to another point...
I have a resting beat of 47bpm I used to max around 180.. now I max at like 155-160... and my recovery is amazing...
I'll sprint 300 yards... do 50 pushups 50 situps check pulse and im at 130-140 by the time I walk back to my gear im back down to 75-80 it's litterally a 60 yard walk over to my shit.....
my question is ... how the hell can I get my max up again? I want to get back to the 180's I know physically my max is what 220 minus my age right?
220-29=191 ?
where the fuck are my extra 10 beats at damnit....
am I just getting better and better shape?
