Can anyone recommend a good watch for working out?
Looking for a good watch to wear while i work out that'll show calories burned, heart rate etc. I've seen that some even hook to the pc so you can see your progress?
From the thread title, I was going to suggest working up a good hardon and using it as a sundial. Watch for the shadow as it reflects on your abs to guesstimate the time. Heart rate? Not a problem.. your cock is rock hard. Safe to say, while staring at those sweaty pumped up body's, it should be rocking and pumping like a freight train.
As far as calories burned, just jerk a bunch of loads.

I have a resting beat of 47bpm I used to max around 180.. now I max at like 155-160... and my recovery is amazing...
I'll sprint 300 yards... do 50 pushups 50 situps check pulse and im at 130-140 by the time I walk back to my gear im back down to 75-80 it's litterally a 60 yard walk over to my shit.....
my question is ... how the hell can I get my max up again? I want to get back to the 180's I know physically my max is what 220 minus my age right?
