Michael Olsen have been hired by two different companies since ePassporte crash, and Pearl have been hired by Payoneer long time ago.
I guess these services needed experienced employees.
As for the users/cardholders of these services, I guess they don't really care as long as everything works fine.

About Pearl, she is awesome and incredibly talented, and everyone in the adult field knows her well. She's a person of trust and no reason to think otherwise just because she was once associated with a company that went downhill. Employees are never involved in these scandals (how many people at Enron do you really think knew what was going on? Or Madoff? Even his secretary probably had no clue).
