Nope each blog on WP multisite will have it's own "copy" of CyberSEO. In other words, in multisite mode it works similar to any other plugin (e.g. Akismet, Google XML Sitemaps etc)

I don't use ICQ anymore and completely moved to Jabber. You may contact me via any Jabber client like Google Talk etc.
