    Fake Pageranks

    I suspect one of my domains to be giving me back a fake pagerank wherever i check it. I didn't buy this thing for its pagerank, but it has remained a 4 for over a month now.

    then I found this tool for fake pageranks:
    http://www.expireddomainup.com/domai...detection.html

    and it says mine is fake. How is it possible to retain the fake pagerank this long after I bought the domain, I thought the fake pagernak was done through the redirect method

      Hmm, the tool looks dodgy to me..
      Get a valid PR for my domain, but fake for /index.html..

          Got the same shit for all of my domains. Worthless.
