I am getting 4ms from here in glendale, california. But keep in mind we have direct peering to the One Wilshire data center inwhich I am sure Globat has a presence in. So don't use us as a good example.

If you are interested in a good hosting provider look into www.renderhosting.net, we have had good luck with them in the past. Anyhow good luck with your search let us know how it goes.
