With the ad's that appear on the streaming scene pages, it seems as if they have been moving PORN towards more of a tube model.
You could always switch over to promoting Download Pass (no streaming vids or ads, but its robots.txt file disallows indexing of pages with affiliate ID's) and Mega Site Pass - though both use canonical linking.
I really like PimpRoll, but their pervasive use of robots.txt files to dissuade indexing of page links containing affiliate IDs, canonical linking, and nofollow link attributes has prompted me to limit my linking mainly to their galleries. If I feel compelled to link directly to one of their sites I usually end up putting a nofollow rel tag on the link because the site uses one of the practices mentioned.

When I follow that and click any of the thumbs pointing to the videos I see 3 ads towards the bottom - two from trafficforce bookending one from AFF.
