Because he lied to us, like 20 times, and started a war built on lies, that ended up killing some million people?
Personally, I found his answers and how he gave them made America look stupid, without question he hurt our image.
Other than that, like any President he has policies people don't like. Like no child left behind... but most people hate Bush because of Iraq - and some are still burnt he stole the election.
