had my first normal, non diet coke today after atleast 3 years. totally used to diet coke, coke zero, etc.. but man, normal coke taste soo good!

I don't like non-diet because the sugar makes your teeth feel weird afterwards AND it'll rot your teeth over time. Diet Sodas don't fuck up your teeth, but aspartame isn't completely safe. Can fuck you up on many levels over time, but there are a lot of worse things you can do to yourself. Better to drink regular soft drinks with a straw, avoiding your teeth, and then not going too long without brushing afterwards.... if you want to be anal about it.Comment

I dont drink pop, but I drink the shit out of energy drinks. And with those, I always get the low card, sugar free or diet ones because they don't taste as strong. Regular energy drinks give me that cramp in the back of my jaw like really dry wine, F that.

I dont drink pop/soda.. i had a g.f that suckered me into stop drinking it about 2 years back, & now whenever I taste it I cant stand it. It just feels so weird in my mouth with all the carbonation.... I'm glad she got me to stop though, I'm alot healthier.
With that said Normal soda tastes better then diet.

When I drank softdrinks it was always Diet Pepsi or Sierra Mist Free.
For the most part I stay away from them these days. I stick to water or crystal lite in water or add a bit of lemon or lime juice, iced tea and occassionally coffee.
My son cut out softdrinks completely..in fact... any liquid calories and lost 30 lbs without changing anything else.
