Yep. in fact I keep my pretty upto date. You should have one about every 7 years. I will be getting one again this year.

You should probably go and get one. I'd love to say I would, but I wouldn't until it was infected. I don't usually go to the Dr unless I am dying or need to renew my diabetes meds, otherwise I wait until I am just about on my death bed before going to see a Dr. But you probably should go and get that done.

Definitely a wise choice to get one. It's better to be safe than sorry on something like that!
