Nobody has broken our constitution, it is constitutional for us to be in Libya with the U.N. right now, doing exactly what we're doing.
Nato isn't ordering our troops to break the rules, because our military ALREADY follows the EXACT SAME RULES.
Our Military has AQ in them... which has nothing to do with Obama just like in Libya.
