It is perfectly possible for a card to be declined a number of times before being approved for the simple reason that a customer can omit something or enter some detail wrong or there could have been a breakdown in the communication process between Zombaio and the cardholder's bank.... but if key data that you can see has changed between decline and approval then make a decision on the risk yourself.
Zombaio have been on a major scheduled and pre-notified maintenance this past week and certain aspects of the process appear to have been subject to blips.
For the record, my declines are up signifcantly last few days
