First, none of that would spark job growth... not a single bit of it.
Second, it's NOT $538 BILLION, at all... Notice the dates above are 2005, 4, 6, etc.. some of those budgets over lap as well.
Then, if you want illegals out of Medicare and Welfare, it means MORE Gov regulations and people, by 10,000's of people. So maybe it would grow jobs, but not in the area you want... ie: more gov!
Then if you want Obama to remove them from the schools and prisons, he will need to over step the power of the States, basically step on the Constitution.
Finally, most of what you listed Obama can't do shit about anyway, so it's simply pointless to include, again like the Prisons.
And that's before the FACT that Illegals also generate income, taxes, don't all take from the system, many business owners, with legal employees, others that work to become legal, etc... you take out the bad, you remove the plenty of good that comes with them as well.
