Trying to figure up a price on an exit ad spot that receives 50K-70K a day in unique traffic with raw traffic well over 80K-120K a day. So we are talking 1.5 Million to 2.1 million unique a month and well over 2.5-3 million raw hits a month. What would be a good asking price and anyone who would be interested?

If those numbers are correct, you shouldn't settle for less than $25,000 a month....FLAT RATE. Dont waste your time selling it on a cpm, you open yourself up to crying about discrepancy issues and the like.
