its a studio solution and they don't provide the member management system required for it to run. you have to use a 3rd party software like PornCMS to work with eSensual (now iStreaming).
btw PornCMS also has a plugin for eSensual. we've been integrating with them for about 5 years. i am working on 2 installs this month for the eSensual setup.
regarding a solo cam, PornCMS uses Watershed, which you can do without PornCMS if you want to broadcast free shows. PornCMS gives you the membership management and payment security layer not offered by Watershed - or any other cms..
