Webair question - recurring downtime, or just one-time issue?

I host with webair.

I don't know any of them personally, or anyone else for that matter, cuz the "bro" manual specifically excludes gay homosexuals. Except that is, when those that are "bros" are drunk and need blowjobs, so my opinion isn't biased.

They've got a solid operation, customer support has always been stellar, and the 1 time I did experience downtime with them, they were on the boards immediately keeping everyone posted about what they were doing.

Can't ask for more really.
