If you are setting up a lot of magento stores on one server, you can run into issues because of how many tables get written into the database with installation, all of the products, etc.
I did some freelance work for a guy that wanted some stores on a cheap bluehost shared server and had some errors about too many rows or something (I forget the exact error as it was a while back) using their servers, turns out you can only fit two stores max per bluehost account.
The guy was on a budget because he was just starting out and didn't want to spend the cash on a higher end dedicated server so he just got another account, moved some stores to the newer server and the issue went away.
I would call webair/phatservers, etc and see if the issue is that you have too many stores writing too much data for the server to handle. I clicked on your banner and you have a lot of stores lol. I don't know your setup, just sharing my experience in hopes it will help.
Best of luck.
