tastes pretty damn good..... nice thick white fish.... similar to Mahi I guess.... little bit thicker though.... (had mine done up heavily cajun spiced) we had some shark, some salmon, some ahi tuna, and some swordfish.... all grilled up out on the deck. Was a nice day here with Shoe and wife. Sun, sand, surf, bad ass eats, great conversation, and cold brew.
