Make sample galleries or ask some sponsors (affiliate programs) out there for them and submit those with your referral links on them to all TGP/MGP sites.

How?

I guess its through tuns and tuns of CJ traffic... and not so much through SEOed traffic...

From what I can tell its the associate program hype that is behind the need to display their galleries... The providers are the ones making the big $$$ and not so much the associates... I'm sure there are some exceptions...

I have made some money with having promoted adult content, however I find its almost better not to use the adult galleries and use the associate 's landing pages instead !

Its really just a numbers game... more the traffic the better the money... but quality of the traffic is most important...
