This person is only making this post because he did not want to pay the $100 upgrade fee for the unencrypted / unlimited domains license. I have plenty of clients that know I give them excellent support via email or ICQ nearly 24/7.

You purchased 2 single domain licenses nearly 2 years ago. I have given you the free upgrades each time for those domain licenses. You did not purchase unlimited domain licenses.

I think there is a communication problem at heart of this issue. I'm having trouble understanding what the issue is from the poor english. so my guess is buyer miss understood what was being purchased.
