I kind of remember this story, and if I'm not mistaken she worked for a topless boating/fishing service, where a bunch of girls in bikinis go out on a fishing boat with a rich group of guys, and then get topless and serve them drinks, etc. That was the actual reason she was fired, the picture was just the picture they found of her on the service's website...
