I do know what you mean though, my oldest son has dated a couple of these girls and I swear I feel so sorry for them. One was an only child in a very religious family and the other was one of who knows how many in just short of an abusive home and I swear they could barely feed themselves. I've always been very self sufficient and I am the kind that wants to know everything about everything about everything else.... man or woman related. lol

The one that came from a christian home, I sat here one night having only met her two times and told her I could tell her how her entire life has been, and while I used much kinder words than you have, they basically meant the same... her parents didn't teach her nothing but how to praise god and that she despised them for. She was a spoiled little brat on one hand, and on the other,, in my mind, very abused, they didn't give her one single skill to go out into the world with.

Kids have to have the basic skills, sure, but they need life skills and a great many of them don't even come close nowadays.

I don't mean anything towards you V-Rock, we've talked at length many times I have nothing but love for you. Just in general, kids aren't taught shit for how to survive these days. I don't know YOUR situation, but just in general.
