hey I see you posted in Daruma's thread that you'd give him mid 5 figures for a domain averaging $22 daily

I just run my stats and it looks like one of my domain names has about 480 typein uniques daily, is highly brandable and made $1181 in June with parking

how much would it be worth for you? I declined a $60k offer for it already, and it's not really for sale for any amount, unless I find a better deal, but ocassionally I see a bargain and when Im out of funds then i might as well sell my domain for the maximum market price if I have a guarantee that I can get an even better name for same price

I don't use ICQ anymore.

I am buying solely on the basis of type in traffic.

While I understand that some people might be interested in buying domains with the prospect of branding or starting a site at the domain but I am only interested in paying a reasonable multiple of annual net revenue from solely *type in* traffic (i.e. not from a site that was promoted in some respect to drive traffic to it)

Not as much type in traffic as you're looking for, but it's a generic phrase with high potential and I wouldn't ask as much as those with 300 daily type ins are.

What are you confused about? Have I claimed the domain gets any traffic different from what can be easily looked up? All I said is the domain is a clean phrase with good potential. I realize it's not a 300 type ins a day domain, but I also said I would not be asking the money equal to a 300/day domain. Now - do you need help with any other of your disabilities?

type-in would be when a surfer types in a URL containing a keyword directly into the browser. For example there could be a surfer who is looking for information on California and instead of going to use a search engine, he'd open a web browser and type in www.california.com

Type in domains are such domains that people type in directly into their address bar - which is typically basic vocabulary domains or frequently used words/phrases

I apologize for posting something that doesn't quite meet your specs but I have a domain bigharddick.com which always used to get around 100 ti's per day but I do not keep stats anymore for it. I'm sure there's lots of domains out there where people have just not kept stats ... I always knew it was stupid but remember a few late night server crashes where logs got dumped first!

If anyone can suggest a basic credible counter to put on our domains for a month or 2 or 3 maybe a few others can dig up old domains too & give you a wider range to choose from ...
