It's really funny watching "Spiegelau" go to all this trouble to send "legal" notices and try to get people to take him serious. When is the deputy going to serve the "papers"? They don't usually accept board posts as legal notice of anything

The posts and this thread will be exhibits to the complaint. I am not required to "notify" any of the defendants that I am filing a law suit against them. People who post lies to defame another person know exactly what they are doing and will need to explain themselves before the Court.
If they can't sufficiently explain away their comments, they will be punished by the decision. Libel per se is basically what you have when someone calls you a liar or claims you are attempting to defraud someone when you are not.

For example, if I was trying to sell a race car on ebay and I claimed it can go 200 mph (and it can), and somebody else posted that I was a liar (regarding my claims about my car) or they posted that there is no engine in the vehicle I'm selling and they claim to have proof that there is no engine, well then, that is libel per se. All who are within the sound of my voice, take heed. Talk to your attorney. Judgment day is coming. Progress will be posted on this board.
