Maybe someone can enlighten me: how does anyone selling any traffic worth a SHIT not monetarize it better by either sending it to their own sites or sending it to popular PPS programs/sites that pay $35+ a sign up?

What you have proven so far is that the left over English traffic in my system that you are buying for $4 per k is 94% bounce rate on a site whos average bounce rate is 87%. Since this is 26% of your sites traffic, if someone else sent you 50% of your traffic what would thier bounce rate need to be to make your site average 87%. On any case 94% is not bad for leftover traffic that you are buying.
