I am confident that it would convert decently...I just can't say the same for webmasters who send 5th page exit popups or 404s/blinds.
Hence, the little Q + A about "network" stats and "practical" stats.

If you're that confident in the conversions you could break it down and pay per click, a much bigger headache of a program to run, but you'd most DEFINITELY get a lot more webmaster traffic that way.
1 in 200 at $20 per breaks down to 10 cents a click.
Knock off 2 cents to cover the increased labor and software costs of a click program. At 8 cents a click you'd get more traffic than you know what to do with.
