@ ffnK.O. - Already signed up for AFF (as per Ryan_AFF above), but having some login/password/email issues.

@ sleazydoesit - Got confirmation from BangBros and RevShare has been removed as an option from their review. Apparently, if you have old revshare links up, they're still valid, but new revshare links will not be credited.

Would love to have Blue Blood's SpookyCash on there.

All of the programs suggested above have been reviewed and added unless 1) I am waiting on responses to emails sent, or 2) reviews would be considerably unflattering at this time and are on hold until some changes occur (primarily updates).
