i would do an internet distributed reality show in the vein of pimp my ride

get unsigned bands and bring in experts to help them tweek their performances to get them a record deal

follow them around and get a look at if the changes would help them succeed

do it like 30 days

hell if well funded enough you might get it picked up by a station like mtv

I did a lot of research for a company who wanted to create an alternative funding source for tv shows (over tranditional liciening fees)

hit me up via icq and i can point you in the direction of some funding for such a project.

i would start some sort of networking site catered for BANDS. Every teenager and their mom has a BAND. Incentives for using the site would be gearing (or pimping) the most popular or best bands with equipment and maybe parner with some recording labels.

That is great idea! I know nothing about bands, except I loved them in the 80's and I would have been a groupie for all of them if I wasn't so young at the time.
